Why

This app focuses on the young generation and gives them the thrill of finding treasures. Not only that it is also a platform for them to sell their vintage treasures easily with a touch of a button. Vintage and pre-loved fashion may once have been the reserve of the thrifty or those with a meticulous eye, but today, shopping this way is not only more in step with our more conscious mindset, it’s also a better way of finding treasures that will stand the test of time, both in terms of style and quality.

Strategy

Competitor Research

Create Profile

Get inspiration from Depop and eBay. Made the initial sign-up process hassle-free by including Facebook and Google sign up to gain more users. The seller will need to fill up more info later when the user decided to become a seller.

Feature:

  • Simple single page sign up process (username, name, password, email address, profile picture)
  • Seller: need additional information (credit card/PayPal info, product descriptions, etc.)

Upload Feature

Get inspirations from Depop and Ebay for this feature. Users will be able to quickly upload and create a product profile for an item that they wish to sell.

Feature:

  • The ability to upload or capture images of the product, product descriptions, hashtags for SEO purposes, and pricing.
l

Leaving Review

Get inspirations from Depop about how buyers are able to leave reviews and ratings for the products/sellers.

Feature:

  • Used an easily recognizable rating system (5 stars rating, text field, able to upload the product picture), categorized and arrange the reviews based on stars.
  • Buyers will be able to message sellers directly to ask any questions regarding products.

Visual Design

The design focus on youthful, playful, and exploration to represent the younger generation.
